We know the family of Beej loving fans can’t wait to hear the new album, so the band has a bunch of special pre-order goodies available now on Indiegogo, that will be shipped out in September before the Oct 1st public release date, including limited edition signed copies of the new album, T-shirts, Jumpers and 3 custom signed Being Jane Lane Savage Sunday Fender Stratocaster guitars!

The new album SAVAGE SUNDAY, blends the ladies unique heavy punk power and melodic energy. Catchy riffs and vocals that move from majestic anthemic highs through to face tearing riffs that showcase the power of the women in this strong 5-piece punk outfit.

The band is continuing to rise through the scene with their hard-core following of Beej fans, fems to the front screaming from the top of their lungs. The title single from the album, SAVAGE SUNDAY will be premiering with a music video in late September. A sexual adventure with Brisbane’s most fabulous drag-queen Vollie Lavont, who will be hosting the Brisbane launch show. Punks, drag queens and backyard pro jelly wrestling is going to blow your minds.

“The all-female punk-rock five-piece are straddling that fine line between overlooked local heroes and full national break-outs, get to know Being Jane Lane a little better, you don't want to be left behind when this band takes off.” (Pilerats, 2019)

The debut album is a collaboration with Australian indie record label Human Records, manager/producer Guy Cooper signed them quickly after he fell in love with the band at Brisbane’s Zoo in late 2017. The development of the band over the last year has seen the band supporting major punk royalty Frenzal Rhomb, Goldfinger, Millencolin and Unwritten Law, becoming a finalist in the 2019 QLD Music Awards, performing at Laneway Festival with Girls Rock! and winning the QLD leg of the VB Hard Yards tour including supports for Alex Lahey, Waax, Raave Tapes and Tired Lion as they dropped the first 3 singles from the new album. The band will be showcasing at Brisbane’s Bigsound in Sept 3rd-5th at the Crowbar on Tuesday 3rd and Thursday 5th of September.

“The five-piece have been blowing minds left right and centre, dropping unapologetic punk rock tunes that would make many a music lovers “Best Of” list. If you haven’t yet jumped on the Being Jane Lane bandwagon, now is a damn good time to do so.” (Hysteria Mag, 2019)
